What we ask for in the form

The form asks for the vehicle's year, make and model, whether you have a title, your name, your phone number and where the car is. That's all. We use it to call you about the car, make an offer and arrange pickup.

Who handles it

When you send the form, your details go to the lead service we use to receive and route requests, and from there to us. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

When you sell a car

If you sell us a car, the ID and ownership papers from the sale are kept with our records of that sale.

Maps, cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set its own tracking cookies. Some pages embed Google Maps, and Google may set cookies when a map loads. Google's own privacy policy covers that.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have a request you sent through the form deleted, call (773) 317-1211. Records we have to keep by law after a sale can't be deleted early.
